Every January our youth group, SUMY, puts on a congregational dinner where we share our talents and we have a lot of musical folks in our congretation!

Summer wouldn't be the same without our annual picnic. We gather after worship for a picnic at our own lovely picnic grounds. We celebrate summer with great food, food fellowship, fun and games. This usually takes place in August.

Every October we gather to celebrate the bounty given to us in our lives. We share this fellowship time with each other for a great meal, homemade deserts and home-grown entertainment. It's atime for all of us to gather including many of our older home-bound members.

Every year on Halloween we offer a safe trick-or-treating experience by holding Trunk or Treat. All the kids who come receive candy from the church, from the owner of each car parked and decorated and even some of our older adults who don't have cars hand candy out walking around and all dressed up.

All of the attendees get to vote for their favorite car. The winner receives our traveling tropy for the year, the Ivana — a Halloween vampire nutcracker — for the year. We have so much fun at the event that you can be sure it will get a little bigger and better each year. Just pray for no rain!
